Sclavo Calibration Plasma Kit can be used for the calibration of some coagulation assays. The various parameters reported are accurately determined by reference to the corresponding NIBSC (National Institute for Biological Standards and Controls, UK) International Standards, when available, or against an internal reference standard. The reference plasma should not be used to determine normal ranges since normals vary from population to population.
