Introduction
Auto 5-Diff Hematology Analyzer is a kind of in vitro diagnostic equipment used in clinical laboratory for hemoglobin test, blood cell count&analysis, and WBC 5- part classification count of human blood sample .
Description:
The analyzer uses the principle of impedance method to achieve red blood cell/platelet count. The RBC counting cell has a small opening called the test orifice. There are a pair of positive and negative electrodes on both sides of the small hole, which are connected to a constant current power supply. Since cells are poor conductors of electricity, the resistance between the electrodes changes when cells in a diluted sample pass through the test orifice under constant negative pressure, resulting in a pulse signal at both ends of the electrodes proportional to the size of the cell volume. The number of pulses is equal to the number of cells passing through the pore, and the amplitude of the pulse is proportional to the volume of the cells.
